I would like to take this opportunity to express my gratitude and also to relate my experience at your facility yesterday. I was on my way to Cambridge on personal business when I developed brake issues on highway 401. I was able to limp into Cambridge without issue where I was informed of your dealership. I arrived at your dealership at noon where I was greeted by Andrew Byrne whom I explained my situation to. Andrew then greeted me with a handshake and a welcome to Cambridge Volkswagen. He conducted himself throughout my experience in a very courteous and professional manner. I was very impressed! Andrew then immediately worked my car into his schedule to get one of the tech’s to diagnose the problem. As I was awaiting the news I decided to peruse the inventory that was on your lot where I was again greeted in a professional and courteous manner by Stu Jeffery. I explained my situation to Stu. Stu was empathetic and spent the next hour with me discussing the Volkswagen line up. At this time I wasn’t in the market for a new car as my 2000 Passat has been a trouper for the past 10 years and has a lot of years remaining. Stu suggested test driving some of the lineup that interested me which is a typical selling tool. What impressed me was that Stu allowed me to take one of the vehicles so that I could get some lunch and do a little shopping while I await the completion of my car. Also Stu made me feel no pressure with respect to a new vehicle purchase and that I wasn’t a bother to him. I reside in Strathroy, Ontario which is about 1.5 hours from your dealership. My wife and I have decided that when we make a decision to purchase as well as complete the future recommended repairs on our Passat that we will make the trip to Cambridge to complete these two transactions. Thank-you for your time and commitment to your mission statement! By the way, ironically I was there when you were celebrating your Wolfsburg Club Award. Well done and I'm happy I had the pleasure to experience it firsthand why your teams were chosen!

We would just like to take this opportunity to thank you very much for your great service and excellent cars. Every time we go to your dealership, we receive prompt courteous service and you make us feel important. It has been a pleasure dealing with you, and we look forward to buying many more cars from you. My first Volkswagen was a Jetta that I bought from your dealership a few years ago. My friends and family loved driving it. Everyone that has owned a Volkswagen has sworn by them, and now we know why. They are very reliable, great on gas and very fun to drive. My wife liked my Jetta so much that we bought her the Routan. She loves it and wouldn’t ever give it up. We went on a family vacation last summer in the Routan, and we averaged 9L/100km. That is excellent fuel economy for a large vehicle that was packed with luggage, 2 kids and a dog. I have since traded in my Jetta for a Passat and it is just as much fun to drive as the Jetta. I am looking forward to one day driving a Touareg.
